| REFUND POLICY |

| All advance payments to LIPTA for participation in LIPTA events are "FINAL SALES". Refunds will not be issued solely because participants do not attend the scheduled event. Requests for refunds should be made through the Treasurer. Any refunds issued will be paid by LIPTA check. See the 'Contact Us' pages at www.lipta.com. |

| LIPTA accepts VISA and MasterCard. To pay using these credit cards, you will be required to enter your credit card number, the card's expiration date, the card's security code (CSC), and the five digit ZIP code on the card's monthly statement. |
