| Hut Captain |
| Be in control of a warm-up hut at a playing site for the women's competition on Wednesday and Thursday
and men's play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. |
| |
| Hut Lieutenant |
| Be in charge of a warm-up hut on a specific day. Assign courts to players. Report results to the central scoring area.
Take care of food and beverages, etc. |
| |
| Facilities Assistant |
| Work with the committee to be sure courts are playable prior to the event and kept in order during play.
Assist in procuring heaters for clearing snow, if needed. Work with communications to set up and operate score reporting. |
| |
| Registration Staff |
| Act as a "Welcoming Committee" to distribute information and favors to President's Cup players and teams for the championships. |
| |
| Transportation Coordinator |
| Provide, with your own vehicle, assistance to those who need to get from housing to club playing sites or between sites during the tournament. |
| |
| Housing Coordinator |
| Select and provide a list of available hotels in the area and their telephone numbers
for accomodations for participants. |
| |
| Food Service Coordinator |
| A volunteer will be needed at each club serving lunches to coordinate with the club manager
and servers to sell chits for beverages and guest meals. |
| |
| Social Event Committee Assistant |
| Work with the Social Event Chairman to plan and carry out the receptions and cocktail parties during the week. |
| |
| Special Expertise |
| Provide any experience or contacts that can help in fund raising, publicity, program publication,
free ticket distribution or any other phase of this event. |
